This policy explains how XhuluTech accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Home Fitness & Gym Workout app. It includes the required disclosure for Location (GPS) used for the Outdoor Run feature.

We, at XhuluTech, are dedicated to serving our users to the best of our abilities. Part of our commitment involves the responsible management of personal information collected through the Home Fitness & Gym Workout mobile application (“Application”).

Our primary goals in processing this information include:

  • Enhancing user experience by improving workouts, run tracking, and progress features.

This privacy policy is designed to protect the personal information of all Home Fitness & Gym Workout users. Whether you are browsing workouts, tracking outdoor runs, or reviewing progress, we process data with strong privacy and security standards.

3. Data we access and collect

The Application may access and/or collect the following categories of data depending on how you use features:

  • Location (GPS) during Outdoor Run tracking.
  • Run session metrics (duration, distance, pace, GPS lock status).
  • Workout usage and progress information (e.g., workout sessions completed).
  • Advertising identifiers / ad interaction data (via AdMob).

4. Location Data (GPS) Google Play Disclosure

The Application accesses and processes precise device location (GPS) when you use the Outdoor Run feature.

  • What is collected: GPS coordinates and movement data during the run.
  • How it is used: To calculate distance, pace (min/km), duration, and provide run summaries/history.
  • When: Only when you tap Start on the Running screen and while a run is active.
  • Background access: Location may continue while a run is active so tracking remains accurate.
  • Not used: We do not collect GPS location when you are not actively running.
  • Sharing: We do not sell or share your precise GPS location with advertisers or third parties.
  • User control: You can deny or revoke Location permission anytime in your device settings.

Important: If you deny location permission, Outdoor Run distance and pace may not work correctly.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

The Application uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect device identifiers and ad interaction events for ad delivery and measurement.

We do not provide AdMob with your precise GPS location.

6. Data storage and protection

Run summaries and progress statistics may be stored locally on your device and/or in secure storage depending on your configuration. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect data from unauthorized access.

  • Access control: Data access is limited to app functionality and essential operations.
  • Security: We aim to follow industry-standard protection measures.

7. Transparency and data sharing

We only share data with service providers required to operate the Application (such as advertising and analytics providers). We do not sell your personal data.

8. User rights and choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
